Keri found her passion for health, fitness and wellbeing in Liverpool England in late 1990s, where she started as a Group fitness/Gym Instructor, then advancing to a gym management role.
Returning back to New Zealand in 2003 Keri qualified as a personal trainer with Les Mills New Zealand and took her group fitness to the next level by representing Les Mills New Zealand in the NZ Presenting Team. Keri qualified as a Bodypump, Bodyattack and Bodyjam instructor.
